Great location. Kitchen/living room space is good and open. Parking spot is the normal, tight spot for the area.

All good, zero complains. The only thing I would add - A/C units on each bedroom. I guess it’s not that easy and not cheap but if they do - I would stay there every time I go to San Diego!

Apartment is spacious and clean, very close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, parking for one car. Kitchen has enough utensils for food preparation. There’s A/C in the living room and ceiling fans in the rooms. Bath sink is small for 4 guests. Braydon was great and was in constant communication to make sure our stay is comfortable. Didn’t have any issues with the other guests in the area. I highly recommend this property.
