This stay was way better than we could have imagined. Every single corner of the house has been updated, painted, modernized, cleaned. Just could not have asked for more. The outdoor space was incredible, stone, landscaping, clean patio, great grill, played cornhole for hours with the provided boards and bags. Excellent spot in Hays!

We loved our stay at this property! We were in town for a college graduation so held a small gathering in the backyard! Our host provided corn hole boards for entertainment and the yard was beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped so if we forgot something it was there. This place is spacious and updated. We highly recommend staying at this property!

Host was extremely communicative and fast to respond. Easy to get into home. Very clean quant home. We struggled with turning our n shower in hall bath but figured it out. To be honest the nice binder in kitchen table could have had instructions how to get shower to work but we didn’t check if it did or not. Cute back yard. We only stayed overnight but will be back on our next trip!!!

There were 6 of us visiting and we were all comfortable even with the heat. 100 to 110 degrees the five days we stayed. Clean and neat. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the back patio.

This place was perfect for us. It was clean inside with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was big and stocked well. The front yard and back yard was nicely landscaped with rock paths, shade trees and flowers. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening and even enjoyed the fire pit one night. The two driveways were also a plus for our group. We would definitely book this place again in future visits.

House and property are very well kept, clean , spacious and incredibly landscaped to provide a beautiful setting . Neighbors and homes are all very nice as well . Very safe . The kitchen was so well equipped and with so many unexpected extras . The host immediately responds to messages and provided great access instructions that worked perfectly . Deserves the highest ratings possible .

I am originally from Colorado but moved here for a job opportunity. I found the community and downtown extremely charming and warm.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet and very clean. We love being close to the park with all of the walking paths and frisbee golf. There are also several police officers who live close by. So, it’s safe for our children to run and play at the park.

What makes this property unique

We have an amazing master suite with a 5 foot walk-in shower. The other bathroom has an oversized bathtub. Between those two and the beautiful gardens, it’s a very relaxing home. We’re also located across the street from a playground and park. It’s great for families traveling with kids.
