Surrounded by tall pine trees on a wooded lot this spacious retreat offers a quiet riverfront setting while remaining just a short drive from the Breckenridge ski area downtown restaurants shops and year round outdoor adventure.
Located less than four miles from Breckenridge ski lifts and historic Main Street this home offers the perfect balance of privacy nature and convenience. Guests can spend winter days skiing snowboarding and exploring the mountains or enjoy summer hiking fishing biking and festivals in town.
After a day outdoors relax in the private six person hot tub surrounded by forest views or unwind on the large deck overlooking the backyard and river. The natural setting provides a peaceful place to gather enjoy the mountain air and take in beautiful Colorado scenery.
Inside the home features warm rustic wood interiors and mountain inspired furnishings that create a cozy alpine atmosphere. The open living areas provide plenty of space for families and groups to relax cook and spend time together.
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware bakeware utensils and small appliances making it easy to prepare meals for the group. Guests can enjoy shared meals game nights and comfortable evenings together after a day exploring Breckenridge.

One upstairs bedroom includes a full bed. Two lower level bedrooms each feature a king bed. The fourth lower level bedroom offers six twin beds arranged in two triple bunk beds providing flexible sleeping space for groups and children. The upper bunks are close to the ceiling and do not include safety rails so adults are recommended to use the top bunks.
