The Reet/AM12b vacation home is a 4-room semi-detached house that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread over three floors, this spacious semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your vacation here across 100 m².

The south/west-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room and offers an unobstructed view of the garden. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio/CD player are available. Two additional TVs are available in the bedrooms.

On the first floor of the vacation home is the spacious living area with a cozy dining area and an integrated kitchenette. The modern kitchenette features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

On the upper floor, you’ll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed consisting of two single mattresses (2x90 x 200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The upper floor also features an utility room and a washing machine. The comfortable bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers. The upstairs bathroom also features a bathtub, perfect for relaxing.

The attic features another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home. A crib and a high chair are included. Special features of the vacation home include a small infrared sauna and a beach chair located on the terrace. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available. A handcart (subject to availability) is available for use in the shed.

The vacation resort on Mariannenweg is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The parking lot with individual spaces is located directly at the resort’s entrance. This vacation home has 2 designated parking spaces. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched cottages within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, ride the animal-shaped rocking toys, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located directly at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.
