Chef’s kitchen is fully stocked. A coffee nook for true coffee nerds and counter seating for 5, dining table for 4. A corridor connects quiet sleeping areas with a built-in desk. Sleep easy on premium mattresses with organic cotton sheets. All the modern touches throughout. Unique and comfortable modern spot to call home.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure all trash is bagged & take to bin behind the house. If you are departing Thursday or Friday please move the bin to the front curb.
Please load and run the dishwasher (tabs below sink). Check to ensure no burners are on and fridge is closed.
Save Energy: Please turn off all lights, turn the thermostat to 65 in the fall/winter and 75 in the spring/summer and confirm all windows and doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Smoking, No Parties, No Unregistered Guest. Maximum Occupancy is 6 Persons. No overnight occupancy for unreserved guests. No pets.
Respect the neighbors. We have long term neighbors including a DPD officer across the street. Please do not leave the home unlocked.

Our overall experience at this property was tremendous high-end accommodations, well stocked, wonderful communication. Very comfortable with detail paid to tasteful furnishings. We would highly recommend going back to anybody interested in experiencing Detroit. What a beautiful home. We will look forward to going back again soon.

I would absolutely stay here again. It’s a nice neighborhood with parks nearby and a stone’s throw from downtown. The property itself is beautiful and comfortable, and easily accommodated 5 people. Joel was easy to communicate with and accommodated an early check-in.
