Die Dachterrasse bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick und das Bad ist schön!- Die Wohnung war an sich noch OK, wenn man von einigen baulichen Mängeln absehen kann.Allerdings ist das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis unter dem Strich hierfür nicht in Ordnung.

Für 'nen Kurzaufenthalt ok

Alles in allem recht gut. Der Standort der Wohnung ist wegen der Sackgasse sehr ruhig. Die Gegend und das nähere Umfeld ist schön verträumt und aufgrund der umliegenden Weinberge total schön. Die Wohnung ist recht nett eingerichtet. Nur das Bad ist sehr eng. Die Dachterrasse ist wegen des sehr engen Aufgang über eine Wendeltreppe nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Unsere zwei Kids mussten auf der Ausziehcouch schlafen, was wir nicht optimal fanden.

Ruhige und schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Besonders gut hat uns die Ruhe gefallen. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.

Schönes Appartment mit toller Dachterrasse

Die Betten sind bequem, die Dusche groß. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war einwandfrei.

sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage und alles, was man für ein paar erholsame Tage braucht. Besonders die Terrasse über den Dächern des Ortes mit Mainblick und Blick auf den Weinberg lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein.

Nett für jeden, der Ruhe sucht*

Umgebung Natur pur. Main und Wein. Gasthof hat in der Woche zu, Supermarkt einige Autokilometer. Möblierung rustikal, Küche super ausgerüstet, da fehlt nix. Vermieter nebenan - man kann auch Wein oder Bier kaufen. Achtung: Für Ältere und Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet wegen steiler Metallaußentreppe. Und um 6.00 läutet die Kirchglocke, vorher Fenster zu!

Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist noch nicht fertiggestellt. Auf der Dachterrasse fehlt zum Teil das Geländer ‚eine Bauabnahme kann diese Dachterrasse nie und nimmer haben. Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist nicht fertig einladend sieht anders aus. Fahrradabstellplatz Fehlanzeige, zwischen altem Gerümpel halb draußen halb drinnen muss man seine Fahrräder laden. In einer Gegend wo Fahrradfahren zum Urlaub gehört ist weder eine adäquate Lademöglichkeit noch eine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit vorhanden. Das ganze Haus ist in einem nicht gerade guten Zustand ‚noch ist es gepflegt. Dies trifft auch auf das Nachbargrundstück zu. Der Mietpreis ist ein Unversämtheit. Sicher nie mehr.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Der Ausblick ist herrlich. Wir haben gegrillt und auch gemütlich dort gefrühstückt. Die Lage ist zentral, ideal für Ausflüge mit dem Rad oder Auto. Der Main ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Gastgeber.
