Leider können wir un...

Leider können wir unseren Urlaub im App. Sarah4 nicht positiv bewerten, da es doch einige Mängel gab. Die Sauberkeit war nicht so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben, Spinnweben und Spinnen gab es in mehreren Teilen der Wohnung. Die Sitzmöbel waren sehr unbequem. Der Kühlschrank war stark vereist - eine Kühlung unserer Lebensmittel und Getränke war daher nicht möglich. Morgens ab 6 Uhr war die Nachtruhe vorbei, da auf der Straße der Lieferverkehr(mit schweren LKW) der angrenzenden Gastronomie begann. Ebenso ab 6 Uhr fuhren große Traktoren vom Strand her, die mit Reinigungsarbeiten des Strandes und dem Abholen von Strandkörben beschäftigt waren.

Bitte geben Sie uns beim nächsten Mal direkt Bescheid – wir kümmern uns selbstverständlich umgehend um eine Nachreinigung. Leider werden uns nicht immer alle Schäden oder Mängel direkt gemeldet, und manche lassen sich nicht sofort beheben. Wir bemühen uns jedoch stets, unseren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Bezüglich der Anlieferungszeiten möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass diese außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs liegen. Die Wohnung befindet sich laut Beschreibung im Zentrum, wodurch es zu einem gewissen Maß an städtischem Betrieb kommen kann.
