Casa del Sol on Lanzarote

The flat is located on the hill of Tahiche (near the church) where you can see over the whole island and as far as Fuerteventura. Very centrally located for all kinds of sporting activities.
From here everything can be reached very quickly by car.

You can also get therapies and massages from us. Tahiche is very centrally located near Arrecife and Costa Teguise. From there you can quickly reach the golf course, which is about a 3-minute drive away. There are also various beaches nearby for water sports activities. Costa Teguise or Arrecife are a 5-minute drive away.
There are two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity (1 minute walk) and also a small restaurant and bar.

Haus an der Sonne

Thomas bietet eine geräumige Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem, was wir gebraucht haben. Im Garten gibt es immer einen Platz an der Sonne oder im Schatten – je nach Wunsch. Morgens hinterm Haus der Sonne zuzusehen, wie Sie langsam über den Vulkan klettert, hat schon was. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigeren Bereich am Ortsrand. Zeitweise fliegen die Flugzeuge von ACE über Tahiche hinweg, das muss man wissen, wenn man die absolute Ruhe sucht. Die gibt es aber zuverlässig zwischen 22 und 7 Uhr. Thomas selbst wohnt oben, ist unaufdringlich präsent. Für uns war die Wohnung eine gute Basis für die Umgebung und Ausflüge in den Norden.

Lovely relaxing holiday

Very clean comfrotable, well appointed and equipped rental property. Spacious rooms, homely comforts and garden area to enjoy sunbathing. Thomas, the owner lives above and was unobtrusive but available if needed. We would have liked TV channels apart from BBC news, but had taken our own DVD so enjoyed our own films etc. A very small complaint would be the rather loud aeroplane noise overhead, as directly under flight path, but no noise at night, so was bearable.

Lanzarote is wonderful

Bellissima vacanza,paesaggi e luoghi incantati da visitare. Mare e spiagge meravigliose. La casa di Thomas è bellissima, spaziosa e accogliente. Posizione ideale per gite in ogni parte dell'isola. Peccato non aver potuto usare il bel giardino della casa a cacausa del vento. Entusiasti.

Je conseille vivement

Le logement est fidèle aux photos, très bien agencé et équipé. Parking aisé. Hôte très présent et réactif, très bonne communication. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour les couples ainsi que des voyageurs avec enfants, nous avons passé un séjour délicieux

Schöne Unterkunft

Ich war mit Ehemann und Sohn 14 Tage in Casa del Sol.Wir hatten von Anfang an einen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp.Es hat alles super gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist hell und mit allem versehen, was man braucht. Der Vermieter hat auch noch ein paar tolle Tips für Ausflüge. Zudem ist er noch ein toller Masseur und ich habe es mir einfach mal gegönnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!!! Andrea und Axel

Mal anfitrión para una buena casa

La casa está muy bien, amplia, con buena ubicación y con todo lo necesario. Dispone de un patio muy agradable si el viento te lo permite. Lo peor fue la actitud del anfitrión que vivía arriba y en ningún momento nos hizo sentir agusto y desde el primer momento hasta el final fueron pegas constantes. Al llegar que limpiemos el horno, microondas o tostadora si lo utilizamos, no colgar toallas por la noche en el tendedero que hace mucho ruido, no utilizar un baño, no dejar pinzas fuera, que no cojan los niños el mando, cuidado al cerrar ventanas que son de madera y hacen ruido, que limpiemos los pelos y el baño antes de irnos.....y alguna más que se me olvida. Ya le dije que somos una familia educada que jamás ha tenido problemas al alquilar una casa y lo dejamos todo bien, creo que el anfitrión debe procurar que sus inquilinos estén agusto y disfruten de la estancia y no estar continuamente poniendo pegas Una pena, porque la relación calidad/ precio es buena y la casa esta bien.

The property was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed.

Renting their property was seamless and the communication with the owner was very good. The location was very peaceful and close to local shops. The accommodation came with all the facilities needed for our weeks break. We would book again

logement au calme et central

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Thomas. L'appartement est comme sur l'annonce. Thomas était absent la semaine de notre arrivée mais il nous a tout expliqué avec photos à l'appui et il a régulièrement pris ds nouvelles juqu'à son arrivée. La vue est agréable depuis le jardin.

Excelentes vacaciones en familia en casa de Thomas

La maison de Thomas est faite pour y passer d'excellentes vacances. De plain-pied, vous vivez indifféremment dehors, comme dedans. Une table sur la terrasse, une autre dans la salle-à-manger pour y prendre nos repas, au gré de nos envies. Tout était prévu pour y faire de la cuisine. Très bien située aussi, à Tahiche, à mi-chemin entre Nord et Sud, dans une petite bourgade bien sympathique avec des commerces de proximité (supérette et boulanger-pâtissier). Thomas, notre hôte, très sympathique aussi, qui nous a très bien accueillis et nous a donné de ses petites nouvelles à distance, dans le souci de notre bien-être. A recommander sans hésiter ...

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der das obere Stockwerk bewohnt. Ruhige Lage, Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen.
