The apartment is centrally located in Reykjavík, with Kringlan Shopping Mall just 1 km away, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Reykjavík downtown is only 3.8 km away.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and is spread over two levels.

On the lower level, you’ll find a bright living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. There is also a bathroom with a toilet. From the living room, you can access the balcony.

On the upper level, there are three bedrooms and the main bathroom with a modern shower, also laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a single bed, as well as access to a small balcony.
The second and third bedrooms each have a single bed (120 × 200 cm).

Upstairs, there is also a TV room with Apple TV and streaming services such as Netflix.

For families traveling with children, we provide a baby crib and a high chair upon request.

Fresh linen, towels, toiletries, and basic amenities are included in your stay.
