Welcome to the Diemelsee Holiday Home—Sonnenweg No. 5! <br>Three private parking spaces, including a free electric vehicle charging station, are reserved for you right outside the door. A lockable bike shed with battery charging stations is available for bicycles or sports equipment. <br>This stylishly furnished property features 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV and wonderfully comfortable beds, and of course plenty of closet space for your holiday wardrobe. The two bedrooms on the ground floor also offer direct access to the outdoor terrace. <br>Wellness enthusiasts will delight in the large bathroom with a private sauna, spacious shower area, and bathtub. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower. From the living/dining area—which features a superbly equipped kitchen, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV—you have direct access to the spacious rooftop terrace, which, by the way, can also be reached directly via a lockable outdoor staircase. Both through the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the rooftop terrace, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the hills of the Sauerland. <br>The many small and well-thought-out amenities are simply wonderful, such as stair gates, outlet covers, a washing machine, a dryer, and much more. Absolutely fantastic! In addition, the house looks quite worn out. Unfortunately, we had to ask specifically how to use the sauna, and the charging station was locked—we only received the chip after asking, since it was in a separate key compartment secured with a code. The TVs upstairs are a disaster because they’re a bit cumbersome to operate. It was very cold during our visit—-8 degrees at night—and unfortunately, the steep driveway hadn’t been sanded, so we had to ask for it to be done because otherwise it was as slippery as glass.
