The “TINNA” vacation home on Lake Diemelsee boasts a spectacularly scenic location with parking right outside the front door.
From the entryway, you’ll find the guest restroom and the spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, which spans the entire floor. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony just outside, you’ll always enjoy the best views of the lake and the Sauerland hills on the opposite shore. The interior design is consistently high-end.
The property, intelligently integrated into the hillside, naturally features Wi-Fi and a smart TV, even in the bedrooms.
The bedrooms, featuring wonderful box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m), are delightful retreats and are located on the lower level of the house. Both bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace. Perfect for enjoying a sundowner.
By the way, this level also features the chic wellness bathroom with a sauna, wellness shower, and bathtub.

The process with you at Quartierfreund is great and completely fine. A note from me regarding the review or questionnaire: I wouldn’t just give a “catastrophic” rating as a negative review. That’s too harsh—there’s always “room for improvement,” isn’t there? An intermediate level between “OK” and “catastrophic” would be good. We’re missing a category: Explanations of property details: What we mean by this: It would be incredibly helpful if there were instructions on how to use the smart TV and smart radio. Every manufacturer has its own way of operating these devices, and guests don’t want to spend hours on vacation struggling with devices that aren’t actually “self-explanatory.” A simple explanation for the sauna would also be helpful—please pass on my recommendation to all vacation home and apartment owners as an agent.
