Everything about the house exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent- just behind The Big Chill, next to one of the two pools in the neighborhood, convenient cart ride to the state park beaches, and an incredible value for the money. The house itself is spacious, comfortable, stylishly appointed, and was impeccably clean. We had a minor inconvenience getting into the house, and the property managers were extremely prompt and helpful with their responses. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was the best laid out property in the best area we have stayed in. We have been to the 30A area almost twice a year for the last 5 years and this was by far our favorite place. The house was clean well supplied and the layout was perfect for the 11 of us. It was my step mom’s 75th birthday and she could not believe how great the house and neighborhood was. It’s two houses down from the pool which was great for the kids and a short walk to the stores/ activities in the neighborhood. We look forward to booking again. Book with confideyyou will enjoy this house.
