Our exclusive penthouse holiday apartment with a large sun terrace is located at the foot of the Gaisberg and offers a breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding mountain landscape. This location delights city explorers, adventurers, and sports enthusiasts all year round, as well as anyone who simply wants to wake up to a mountain view and marvel at the panorama. The centre of Salzburg is just a 10- to 15-minute ride away by bus or car.

Our rooms are stylish, modern, and offer exactly the luxurious comfort you need for days that are both eventful and relaxing.

The exceptionally comfortable and light-filled living and dining area features a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a cosy corner sofa, and direct access to the sunny 30m² terrace with a magnificent view of the city of Salzburg and the mountains. Here, a spacious dining set and a cosy lounge area with a parasol invite you to linger.

All three bedrooms feature a large, comfortable double bed and a closet or clothes rack with compartments. Our guests sleep in cosy down bedding with high-quality linen covers.

The bathroom is equipped with a large double sink, a walk-in shower with an overhead showerhead, and a bathtub. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the room. The toilet is a separate room, adjacent to the entryway. We provide our guests with all towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent.

The Skyloft features comfortable underfloor heating. It also has fully automatic exterior blinds that can be adjusted to your liking. Enjoy the comfortable, spacious surroundings—we hope you feel right at home.

Our apartment is located in a residential complex. There are 2 underground parking spaces and additional guest parking spaces available.
An lift runs from the underground garage to just outside the apartment. The Gaisberg begins right behind the house, and you can set out on various hiking, walking, or biking tours directly from the apartment.
