Overall the apartment was as advertised but the shower was not cleaned properly. Their was a a chunk of hair floating around from previous guests. The mattress was very uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on concrete that is unacceptable in my opinion. The entry door needs a new handle and lock. It had no way to lock deadbolt from outside with the key and the handle was loose/worn. Although their is a washing machine, only one towel was provided per guest for a three night stay. The location was decent for restaurants and other stores for things you may need for your stay. It was about 10-15 minute walk from main square. The host was very polite.

We take cleanliness very seriously and our apartment is thoroughly cleaned between every stay. We sincerely apologize that you encountered a hair in the shower, as this falls below the standard we hold ourselves to, and we will address this with our cleaning team immediately. Regarding the entry door, we understand your concern, however we would like to clarify that the lock is intentionally designed so that the door cannot be opened from the outside without a key — even when not manually deadbolted. Your security at all times was fully ensured. We are sorry to hear the mattress was not to your comfort. We do want to mention that it is considered one of the higher quality mattresses available locally here in Albania, and we are sorry it did not meet your personal preference. As for the towels, we provided one towel per guest as is standard practice for self-catering accommodations at this price point. For guests expecting daily housekeeping, fresh towels each day, and additional amenities, a full-service hotel would be better suited to those needs. We are glad you enjoyed the location and found our hosting to be polite and welcoming. We wish you all the best in your future travels. Warm regards
