Nie wieder!

Die Buchung über Fewo direkt verlief problemlos. Vom Vermieter direkt habe ich lediglich eine Information über den Erhalt der Mietkosten und 1 Tag vor Anreise, wie ich die Wohnung finde, erhalten. An der Wohnung angekommen. Erster Schock: riesen Plattenbau. Ein Ferienpark von ca. 1970-72. Davon war in der Ausschreibung leider nichts zu lesen, lediglich das Wort Gebäudekomplex. Schönes Wort. Reine Auslegungssache. Grünanlagen sind gepflegt. Bei den Blöcken selbst hat sich seither nicht viel verändert… gefühlt die Hälfte der Wohnungen leer oder heruntergekommen. Bis wir dann die entsprechende Wohnung finden konnten vergingen 10 Minuten. Drinnen dann der nächste Schock: Gestank und Dreck. In der Beschreibung war die Rede von einer Nichtraucherwohnung. Dies war nicht der Fall. Es hat in der gesamten Wohnung nach alten, kalten Rauch, Hund und muffig / Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Grauenvoll. Leider waren auch die Spuren des Vormieters noch zu sehen. Der Boden, Kühlschrank, Sofa sowie sämtliche Oberflächen wurden nicht gereinigt. Von den Betten mal ganz abzusehen: ebenfalls stark muffiger Geruch, verschiedene Flecken, sowie auch Brandflecken. Leider waren diese auch nicht bezogen. In der Ausschreibung war die Rede von einem Wäschepaket. Dieses ist aber über Fewo direkt nicht Buchbar und vom Vermieter wurde diesbezüglich auch nicht noch einmal informiert. Die Erläuterungen in der Beschreibung sind hier sehr ungenau/unverständlich. Leider konnten wir im Bad auch Schimmel vorfinden. Dieses Besitzt leider auch kein Fenster oder Abzug. Die Wohnung ist vor kurzem renoviert wurden. Doch leider eher unfachmännisch. Einrichtung ist i.O., neuerwertig und ausreichend. Die Maße des großen Bettes passen nicht mit der Ausschreibung überein. Breite nur ca. 160cm. Die Terrasse mit Sitzgarnitur und schöner Bepflanzung lädt zum verweilen ein, wenn Sie denn sauber wäre. Zum Glück mussten wir nur wenige Tage dort hausen. Definitiv keine Empfehlung. Auch der Ort Altenau ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist super toll. Aber leider sind auch die Gastronomischen Einrichtungen nicht gut und die meisten Geschäfte geschlossen. Im Ort wirkt es an vielen Ecken leider sehr ungepflegt. Richtig richtig schade. Zu empfehlen ist allerdings Heidis Imbiss! ;-) super lecker!
