Fit on the sand with beach service in the best location on Pitangueiras beach. 06 people can comfortably fit (maximum, condominium rules). Animals are not allowed. It is located on Avenida da Praia overlooking the sea. A parking space with the option of the second parking space. The footage of the property is 100m. It has two suites and a bathroom all with hot water heating. Beach service and umbrella in the building.
