"Apartamento las Viñas 1" is in the perfect location for a beach holiday to Tenerife. This apartment is complete with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 guests, 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. This property does not have A/C but does have a fan. Additional amenities include a TV with satellite and WiFi. Flexible check-in under request - if guests will be arriving later than 00:00, please contact the homeowner. There are cameras installed in the living room but they will be deactivated. A high chair and baby cot are available on request.

Enjoy the shared garden complete with furniture where you can admire the impressive mountain views. Make use of evenings at home and use the BBQ provided. You will also have a private covered terrace.

The fantastic location of this holiday home means you are just a 6-minute walk from Playa Moreno (450 m). The nearest cafes and restaurants are a 2-3 minute drive (1.3 km) and the closest supermarket is a 3-minute drive. Tenerife Norte Airport is 25 minutes by car.

Pets are not allowed on the property. The internet is good enough for video calls. There is no A/C. Parking is available on the street.

Apartamento muy comfortable con jardín lindo

Pros: El jardín y las frutas fueron maravillosos! Pedro fue muy amable y siempre disponible para contestar a nuestras preguntas. También nos regaló una botella de su vino y nos consejó luegos lindos en las cercanías. Muchas gracias! Cons: Tuvimos la impresión que era possible de caminar hasta la playa, pero puede ser que no leyemos bien. Tampoco fue claro que eran dos apartamentos y que el nuestro no tuvo teraza. Pero fue super lindo lo mismo!
