A video was recorded as proof and screenshots were sent showing that the code provided is the same as the one received by all guests. We also have evidence of the automatic messages sent by the booking platform where the same code clearly appears. During the night, they were unable to communicate with us or the host. As soon as the host saw your call in the morning, he contacted you and went to the property to offer assistance. Regarding the condition of the flat, no complaints were received during the stay. They mention the presence of mould, but decided to stay. Regarding the treatment, we are sorry if you were offended. Our intention was always to resolve the problem with respect. We know that when a complaint is not accepted, this perception can arise. It is worth mentioning that after your departure, the code on the box was changed, which forced us to replace it for security reasons.
