Stylish Apartment with Mountain-View Hut & Garden
Welcome to our apartment in a great location. The new vacation home is equipped to a high standard and also offers a charming hut with mountain view and a garden.
A scenic forest is located directly on the property and is accessible via a private path. Near is also the Lake Starnberg, the Isar River and Munich.
The apartment on the ground floor of the family house is accessible via its own entrance, a car parking space is also available.
The living and sleeping area has a new, high-quality queen-size bed (1.60m wide), two comfortable armchairs, a lowboard with TV set, a wardrobe and a dresser. A closet next to the bathroom provides additional storage space.
The kitchen area with a cozy table, fridge with small freezer, double induction hob and basic kitchen equipment is separated located next to the living and sleeping area. Morning coffee can be prepared with a capsule machine, tea with a kettle. An iron with table ironing board is also provided.
The bright daylight bathroom has a floor-level rain shower, washing machine and dryer.
Stable WIFI is available in all rooms.

Schön eingerichtete, moderne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Der Aufenthalt in Wolfratshausen war sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist unkompliziert und ermöglicht einen Check in zu jeder Uhrzeit. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die moderne Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Das Bad mit der offenen Dusche ist sehr schön. Außerdem gab es in der Wohnung eine super aufbereitete Liste mit Informationen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Aktivitäten und sonstige wichtige Erklärungen.
Die einzige kleine Schwierigkeit ist die Anfahrt, da die Gasse zur Wohnung oder der Hof ziemlich eng sind.

Was Wohnung, Lage und Vermieter betrifft, alles bestens, sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Kontakt.
Ein riesiger Kritikpunkt ist das Prozedere, überhaupt einen Kontakt bei Fragen herzustellen. Großes Minus für FEWO DIREKT. Warum kann ich nicht einfach auf eine Mail antworten und muss mich stattdessen mühsam durchklicken??? Warum ist die Seite (zumindest in der mobil-Version) auf englisch? Die Wohnung immer wieder gern, Suche über FeWo direkt nur im Notfall
