The double bed is located at the back of the living area. The sofa set consists of a modern, very comfortable 3-seater corner sofa in gray and black. From the spacious dining area (with four contemporary and comfortable chairs and a wooden table), located by the window, the view sweeps dreamily out toward the inland lake. The children’s room is furnished with a single bed, a large closet, and an additional (sleeping) couch (with a mattress—very comfortable). The modern and bright L-shaped kitchenette—fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher—invites the home cook to prepare a quick snack or a full meal. The bright shower room with a shower stall and wall-mounted toilet is fully tiled. A large 40-inch LCD TV with a DVD player and stereo CD radio provides entertainment.

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bedding (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

The “Windjammer” house on Steinwarder offers you the perfect starting point for your vacation by the sea:
Surrounded by the Baltic Sea and an inland lake, Steinwarder is ideally located for all water enthusiasts. You’re less than 200 meters from the sandy beach and the promenade. All you have to do is cross one street (speed limit 30 km/h), follow the promenade path, and you’ll find yourself with your feet in the fine beach sand. The 6-story apartment building was constructed in a modern architectural style and offers each apartment a balcony with a northeast view of our beloved Baltic Sea or a southwest view of the beautiful Heiligenhafen inland lake.

Each apartment has a free, assigned parking space available behind the building or across the street. This space is marked with the number of your vacation apartment. Bicycle racks are available in front of and to the left of the building for your bikes. You’re also well connected by public transportation: 50 meters to the right of the building, you’ll find the “Hauptstrandweg” bus stop.

A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the first floor. You can reach the upper floors via two separate stairwells and an elevator. Two different ramps leading to the main entrance ensure accessibility for all situations.

Did you know? “Windjammer” refers to a type of large, multi-masted sailing ship built for intercontinental trade voyages across the oceans. The remaining ships of this type (such as the German “Gorch Fock”) are now mainly used as naval training ships.
