With approximately 104 m² of living space, the holiday home offers plenty of room for up to 6 people and is ideal for families or a group holiday with friends. Dogs are also welcome.<br><br>The ground floor features a bright living and dining area with direct access to the furnished patio and garden. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need for self-catering during your holiday. An utility room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower round out the amenities on this floor.<br><br>On the upper floor, there are three separate bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds. An additional bathroom with a shower and corner bathtub ensures ample comfort even for larger groups.<br><br>Wi-Fi, cable TV, exterior blinds, a private parking space, and a lockable bike shed are also included. You enter the building through a spacious entryway, where you can easily store all your shoes and jackets. The path on the ground floor leads you into the large, light-filled living room, which features a comfortable sofa set and a dining area for six people. You can make yourself comfortable in the two lounge chairs in the bay window and enjoy the view outside. The open kitchen is finished in natural beech and is fully equipped. From there, you can proceed to the adjacent utility room, where you’ll find the dishwasher and washing machine, among other appliances. Another exterior door on the gable end is very useful for carrying laundry or groceries. The upper floor features three bedrooms, each measuring 12 to 14 square metres, with a total of six beds. The master bedroom is equipped with, among other things, a tall mirrored cabinet and a TV with a DVD player. A striking feature of the spacious bathroom is the large corner bathtub.
