Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes Haus und Anwesen.Wir haben von dem Haus aus Sternfahrten mit dem Fahrrad unternommen. Nach Regensburg immer an der Donau entlang und ins liebliche Altmühltal. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen sein. Auch sehr zu empfehlen ist das dunkle Barock Bier im Kloster Weltenburg, selten so ein leckeres Bier getrunken.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt am Ufer der Donau

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine ideale Raumaufteilung und bietet ausreichend Platz, um mit mehreren Personen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Sauberkeit im ganzen Ferienhaus und die sehr gute Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche. Es fehlt einem an nichts und das wirklich sehr große Grundstück rundet den Aufenthalt ab. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail haben die Besitzer ein wunderbares Urlaubsidyll geschaffen, das es lohnt zu bereisen.

Perfekt für Familientreffen

Schöne Lage direkt an der Donau. Eine große, reich und sinnvoll ausgestattete Wohnung in einem alten Bauernhaus mit Garten, teilweise überdachter Terrasse mit Grill und viel Platz zum Spielen. Nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Hofladen und Supermarkt sowie Gaststätten. Ein herzlicher Gastgeber, der jeden vernünftigen Wunsch erfüllt. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Was will man mehr?

Gästehaus am Donauspitz

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr schöne Lage um Landschaft, die Donau, Kehlheim, Regensburg zu gemießen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, auch mit schönen Plätzen draußen zum Verweilen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit.

Das Haus und auch der Vermieter sind top. Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub in Kelheim! Das Haus ist super, ausreichend Platz für eine 8-köpfige Erwachsenengruppe. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Sehr großzügiges Haus mit Ruhe und Komfort

Ein sehr freundlicher und engagierter Vermieter, der nicht geizt, ein so großes Haus kuschlig warm zu heizen, was in der kälteren Jahreszeit, in der wir da waren, eine Wohltat war. Hervorzuheben sind ein wunderbar großes Bad, ausreichend Schränke für Garderobe und ein großes Gäste-WC. Sollte etwas nicht vorhanden sein, so ist der Vermieter sehr bemüht, es zu beschaffen. Den Punktabzug gibt es leider dafür, dass ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist (was meines Erachtens gelesen werden muss - für Familien kein Problem, aber ansonsten?
