Vacation apartment 140sqm with 3 bedrooms

Our vacation rental, with approximately 140 m² of living space, can accommodate (1–7) people. The cozy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker, has everything you could need. The vacation rental has 3 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with two single beds, and 1 room with three single beds). Two of the rooms share access to the balcony. The spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet rounds out the overall experience. There are 3 restrooms in total. A washer and dryer are available in the house for doing your laundry. Especially in the summer, you can spend relaxing evenings in our garden. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking lot in front of the house free of charge. A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are welcome and there is no additional charge.
