With three bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds upstairs (stand up attic with additional sitting area and full bath), plus a second livingroom downstairs with a sofa bed, guests have plenty of space to relax. The house includes 2 1/2 bathrooms, each equipped with a hair dryer, soaps, and towels for convenience. Climate control keeps the atmosphere pleasant year-round, while thoughtful touches like fresh linens and towels add to the comfort. Whether unwinding in the tranquil living room, beautiful serene private deck or gathering for a meal, this home offers a peaceful retreat. Parking is street parking in front of home. Driveway parking and backyard prohibited as the 1 bedroom unit below rents from time to time . No shared access/all private entrances. This is a quiet, clean , safe, friendly neighborhood.
