Also, the famous Arts Beats and Eats happens right outside too! Brunch? Head down in the morning to Royal Eats which is right below the apartment! With being literally downtown that does come along with noise. Each room is provided with a white noise machine at the window that helps drown out that problem. The apartment also comes with two free parking spaces so no worries on paid parking.
