Cozy home conveniently located 3 miles south of the Milkplant Tavern on Route 26. Just 10 miles from the Oneida County Fairgrounds in Boonville and 14 miles from Delta Lake State Park. Also located near both ski resorts (Snow Ridge in Turin and Woods Valley in Westernville) with nearby snowmobile trail access. Our spacious kitchen has two tables with ample seating and the living room has two recliner chairs as well as a comfy boneless couch for large families or groups. With three comfortable bedrooms, everyone can enjoy a restful night. Guests stay cozy year-round with heating and air conditioning in each bedroom. The single bathroom includes a hair dryer and curling iron for added convenience. There is a spacious yard with ample parking. You will find a swingset for the kids and outdoor firepit. This is a older home built in the early 1800s with some modern updates and renovations. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next adventure, this home offers a welcoming space to recharge.

Our family relocated to Key West this year to enjoy some warmer weather and experience new adventures by the ocean. We still love to visit family and friends back home but while we are away, we decided to let others enjoy our New York home as well.

Why they chose this property

We love being outdoors in the summer and staying cozy near the warm heat in the cold winters. I will miss the beautiful Adirondacks and riding snowmobiles but am also excited for warmer water adventures this winter.

What makes this property unique

Our home is truly a part of history as it was built in 1830. We have really enjoyed making modern changes and updates over the years that make it our own. We hope you enjoy it as well.
