New ADK Cabin with gorgeous waterfront hangout on Kayuta Lake

Newly built in 2024! Relax with the whole family at this serene cabin in the woods. Everything you love about being outdoors & camping but with modern luxuries! Our property is approximately 4 acres with private lake frontage on Kayuta Lake right down the gravel path with access to a dock space if you bring your boat along to enjoy some lake time!! We offer 2 Kayaks and 1 stand up paddled board for our guests to use. Quiet area for enjoying walks or a bike ride & enjoy nights by the camp fire roasting marshmallows. Everything needed for the perfect escape!
Nestled in nature, enjoy our open concept home with primary king bedroom on the 1st floor along with full bathroom and laundry. Upstairs you'll find the other 2 bedrooms and full bath. A large covered porch overlooks the front lawn and first fire pit area. A short walk down the gravel path you'll enjoy the beautiful lakefront views along with the covered pavilion, sandy beach area, 2nd fire pit, and dock if you choose to bring along a watercraft or fishing poles. There is very easy access for launching a kayak or canoe.

Loved this place!

We loved everything about this property! It was perfect for our family and we loved the location and the house. We enjoyed hanging by the lake in the mornings and evenings and had some good luck fishing. We will certainly be back.

The house was lovely for our family of four. We arrived with our groceries and then had all you would need. It’s a remote location which we wanted for a relaxing few days post holiday to play in the snow, watch movies and read. Bet it is also beautiful in summer.

Gorgeous Country/Lakeside Home

Loved everything about this house.. furnishings, location, southern exposure, quietness, and lakeside availability! Very clean inside and out. We were able to kayak/fish several lakes from here as well as Kayuta Lake right from the house. We took in some of the sights and a couple of really good restaurants too. Awesome!!

Upon completion of our cabin build in May of 2024 we became STR hosts for the first time. It quickly became one of the most gratifying adventures we have taken as a family. Sharing our little piece of paradise with the STR community has brought us great joy and we take so much pride in creating the perfect stay for others.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property in 2014, with the initial intent of building and moving here full time. Kids and all the reactional activities that come along with them pushed us in a different direction for our primary home but we love the area and lake so much we knew we needed to bring a new and different dream to life as a vacation cabin.

What makes this property unique

Lake property is very hard to come by, having just shy of 4 acres which includes our lake frontage makes this property a real gem!
