The fact that we could walk to the lake from the house was tops . The out side could use a little more TLC considering it is a lake front property. The House was okay clean. more care to detail/ deep cleaning and getting the musty damp smell out of the house especially the garage and basement would make a stay a 5 star. The owner are defiantly trying to make it a great place. And with a few of these details taken care of they will get there ...

The location was perfect. It was was quiet. The outside stairs on both front and back decks need repair. Their was no swimming because you can go out 100 yards and it does not reach your waist. Colin was very hepfull. With a little work it could be much better.Robin
