The comfortable Bugspriet half-house, completed and furnished in June 2016, invites you to spend a wonderful time on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Zingst.
The vacation home is situated in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac in the eastern part of Zingst.

The property can accommodate up to 6 people and is furnished to a high standard.
A spacious living area with a living/dining room featuring an LED TV, Wi-Fi, radio/CD player, and a wood-burning stove (wood not included), as well as a fully equipped kitchen, leaves nothing to be desired.
All 3 bedrooms are equipped with LED TVs; one bedroom features a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, another features a double bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m (both box-spring beds), and the bedroom in the attic with two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m.
A travel crib and high chair are available for a small child.
There are two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet, as well as a free sauna.
On the property, you’ll find a lovely patio with patio furniture and two sun loungers for relaxing. This is a non-smoking home equipped with a washing machine; dogs are allowed.
Two private parking spaces and a lockable bike storage area are located right next to the house.
You’ll find bike rentals in the immediate vicinity; the beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the supermarket is just 2 minutes away.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels (these can also be rented).

Key pickup takes place at the Zingster Zimmerbörse from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.!
