We offer you a charming little holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, right on the Alter Strom and just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach. <br><br>Located in a quiet courtyard, separated from the lively “Am Strom” by just a door, is this cosy, smoke-free apartment. A small terrace with seating invites you to relax, read, and more.<br>Please note: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the courtyard!<br><br><br><br>Spatzennest Holiday Apartment—approx. 20 square metres, located on the ground floor, with a living area, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, sleeping area with a double bed, kitchenette with dining table, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and bathroom with shower and hair dryer. <br>No direct view of the river. <br><br><br>Ideal for travellers arriving by train. Just a 5-minute, almost barrier-free walk to the train station (3 steps at the apartment) and just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the pier.<br>Bakeries, restaurants, and shops are in the immediate vicinity (20 m).<br><br><br>The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,<br>(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, and a shower mat).<br><br>In the same building, you can rent another holiday apartment, “Dicht Dran,” for 2 people.<br><br><br>The building is located in a pedestrian zone.<br><br>At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secured parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.<br><br><br>We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and are always available by phone.
