House was great. Very clean, easy access to pool.We had two young children, house was good for them too. Only thing is that the shower doesn’t have a moveable handle for bathing kids. But that’s my fault, it’s in the pics.A little further from the beach than I would have liked, but def manageable once you figure out a routine. I had not stayed in shipyard before, but I liked it. Beach was good, bathrooms near the beachDef a good stay, memories were made. No regrets. If you’re looking for a clean well-kept house, this is it.

It’s great to hear you enjoyed Shipyard and were able to make wonderful family memories during your stay. We appreciate your comments regarding the shower and distance to the beach, and we’re glad you found the beach access manageable once you settled into a routine. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you and your family back!

A nice, quiet unit. Furnishings are generally good; needs a new refrigerator.

The deck is shaded, a nice place to relax.

Loved our stay!

Overall very clean and cozy! Noticed a weird smell in the main bedroom and the king bed was a little firm for our liking, but the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay! I recommend taking your own beach chairs if you plan to spend much time there, as the chairs that come with the home do not recline. Would recommend this house!

Great location!

Nice, spacious, clean home. Kitchen is stocked, bedrooms are big, deck is nice. Comfortable place with a nice beach vibe. Best part - SO convenient to walk to the beach (8-9 minute walk)!! Beach parking is hard to get, so the short walk is great. Be sure to rent bikes - it’s a very bike friendly island.

Great condo location

We loved our stay here. Great location to easily walk or bike to the beach or pool. Great restaurants within a short bike ride. I’d recommend Pedals bike rentals. Very convenient. They drop off and pickup right outside the door.
