The Space:

This amazingly remodeled (as of spring 2019) second floor villa features new touches from top to bottom. The plank flooring, furniture, kitchen and bathrooms are all new for guests!



As you walk up the staircase, you're greeted with bright, coastal colors and an open floor plan. The living area comfortably seats five and features a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The dining area which is open to the living room features seating for six with an additional two barstools at the kitchen bar. The stunning kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a unique tile backsplash, new cabinetry and plenty of storage space. The guests of this lovely townhome located in Shipyard Plantation has access to resort features such as a shared pool, golf on-site, and tennis.

The Pickleball and Tennis courts will be temporarily closed from April 22nd to May 6th, 2025 for scheduled maintenance and renovations

Great Place

We've been staying in Evian annually for several years. This was one of our favorite places! Will definitely try to rebook it when we make plans next year.

Great home

I have been vacationing in the Evian for about 15 years and I would have to say it is the best cleaned and well maintained house that we stayed in. Every year I at least have to clean out the drains but for once not this time.

Enjoyable stay

Everything was great and well cleaned. Only issue was some ants in kitchen (bought some ant bait) and the door to the deck didn’t stay closed. Would stay here again .

Great Location! Fully Stocked!

We have stayed in ShipYard many times including in Evian. This is one of the best units we have ever stayed in. It is convenient to the beach and Coligny Plaza and restaurants. It is well stocked with all that you need in the kitchen. All bathrooms are newly renovated as well. They even labeled the light switches just to be helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Bautiful, well-appointed condo. It was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The only thing is... Fox News was blocked from the channel listing. CNN and MSNBC were the only major news channels available. Needless to say, I had to go online to get real news all week but hey, it's vacation.

Everything we wanted!

Upstairs unit with great views. Kitchen and bathroom were super clean! Very well organized with everything you need. Being at the end of Evian, you have so much privacy and quietness. Only a short walk to the pool area which is nice to be away a bit for quiet time. This will be my 1st search in the future for all our visits!

Peaceful Getaway

I was so relieved to walk into a perfectly clean space. Everything was spotless and readily available to enjoy. I loved the updated features and finishes. Being on the top level and overlooking golf course and lagoon gave us a great scenic view to enjoy our morning coffee. My only complaints were that patio doors didn’t lock and having to leave! We will most definitely be back!

Love the Location!

This is the second year that we have stayed in Evian 154. We love the location as it has great lagoon views. However there were things that needed to be addressed. The furniture needs professional cleaning and the hall shower head didn’t work properly. If these issues are resolved we would return to that unit. But fun is always had in Hilton Head!

Evian is Great

We always stay in Evian and enjoy the condos. This one was a great upstairs model with a top notch kitchen and beautiful view from the deck. The smaller bath door did not work and the shower head only had 20% force. The owner has to adjust the Nest thermostat because it would go up to 78 at night do to no motion, long hot nights.

Beautiful Villa

Thank you so much for having a great spot for us to stay at! We had a great time until the last day of our stay when the housekeeping gentleman opened our door unexpectedly without first knocking or ringing. If I were to offer feedback I think educating him on knocking/ ringing before entering would be best practices. Although that one keep us away we truly hope that that won't happen again and now next day. Thank you

Excellent Unit

Repeat customers (previous was Fall 2021) and we were very pleased again. This is an excellent upstairs unit with an open floorplan, large primary bedroom and nice deck overlooking a lagoon and fairway. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The unit is very well stocked with more than enough bath towels. It was very clean upon our arrival, the wi-fi worked perfectly and there are two bike racks nearby. Hard to find anything to complain about, though the king bed could be replaced soon (a little lumpy/dented but did not interfere with sleep). One suggestion - morning sun shines brightly into the primary bedroom, so adding drapes to the existing blinds would help keep the room darker a while longer and prevent early wake-ups.

Great Unit, But Cleaning Needs Improvement

We loved the condo. Great location. It was just my wife and myself, so plenty of room. We enjoyed watching the alligators patrolling up and down the pond. The bunk beds in the second bedroom are not as useful as two twin beds would be, and there is plenty of room for them. We found the TV channel selection process to be really clunky. Those were minor inconveniences. The real issue was the need for a thorough cleaning. There was dried juice on the kitchen counters and cereal on the kitchen floor. And the floors were sticky wherever we walked. A bit more attention to cleaning is needed. But overall, we liked the condo and would return.

We really enjoyed staying at 154 evian. The accommodations were great and the location was superb. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow and sometimes problematic and the TV options were not fantastic but if you’re streaming no problem. All in all a great trip.

Great stay!

Great Location

Nice clean place with updated everything. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the alligators float down the waterway. Very clean place and nice quiet community. Perfect.
