I first discovered the beauty of this community while attending UTEP and have been a resident ever since. It is a true privilege to share my home and my love for this city with guests from around the world.
Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood because it’s the cultural heart of the city. Sunset Heights is a beautiful blend of historic architecture and a modern, youthful spirit. Being a student-friendly area right next to UTEP, it feels alive and evolving. Plus, you have immediate access to downtown events, museums, and a thriving scene of local artists and businesses that you won’t find anywhere else in El Paso.
What makes this property unique
One of my favorite parts of the house is the oversized private backyard—a rare, quiet sanctuary in the heart of the city. It’s the perfect spot for slow morning coffees or a sunset family picnic at the large outdoor table. Whether you’re traveling with little ones or your four-legged best friends, there’s plenty of room for everyone to stretch out, play, and breathe in the fresh desert air.
