The 80 m² villa consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in all rooms, a fan, washing machine, and television. A cot is also available upon request.



The private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, and an outdoor shower. Here you can relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the sea views. The property also offers access to a shared outdoor area with a swimming pool (open from June 1 to September 30) and a tennis court available all year round.

Séjour à Peñíscola

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette magnifique maison! Nous avons très bien été reçu et la maison est conforme à ce qui a été décrit ! Nous avons adoré le cadre calme dans lequel se trouvait la villa. La piscine commune est très spacieuse et nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps. Tout était mis à notre disposition pour notre petite fille de 18 mois. Merci pour votre accueil ! À très bientôt, Caroline et sa famille.
