"The little Galliumaufry house" - A true and authentic Pittsburgh home built during the industrial boom in 1949. Restored with love and grit to honor my grandfather. Excellent location just 4.5 miles away from Acrisure Stadium. Last ward in the city bordering Pittsburgh's coveted suburbs. Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, and public transportation.

Sleeping arrangements - Includes 1 queen and 1 double bed.
Parking - 1 private parking space.
Amenities - AC, WiFi, Laundry, Full Equipped Kitchen, Security Cameras, and Alarm System.

House Rules :
- No Pets.
- No Guests under the age of 25.
- No Parties or large gatherings.
- No Unregistered overnight guests.
- No Smoking.
- No Moving of furniture.
- Open Fires are prohibited.
- No illegal drug use.
- Any Damages must be reported immediately.
- Parking only in designated areas; no blocking neighbors driveways or sidewalks.

**Guests will receive a lease to sign prior to payments via email. Must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking.**
