Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Falsche Hausnummer

Bei Ankunft war kein einziges Bett bezogen. Angeblich lag der Auftrag nicht da, wurde aber dann nach kurzer Zeit gefunden (Methode?). Wiederholtes Ausprobieren die Haustür zu öffnen,funktionierte nicht. Wie sich herausstellte durch Gespräch mit Hausbesitzer Lerchenweg 12 war dies nicht die richtige Adresse. Das war, wie der Hausbesitzer von Nr. 12 mitteilte ein Haus gegenüber (Nr. 1). Sie haben also unter Lerchenweg 12 ein falsches Haus angeboten. Eine Unverschämtheit, wie auch die Hausbesitzerin von Nr. 12 meinte, der es nicht zum ersten Mal passierte, dass fremde Leute versuchten, ihr Haus aufzuschließen. Nach dieser peinlichen Erfahrung werden wir nicht noch einmal über FeWo direkt buchen.
