Cosy cottage "Sant'Evasio", 2 storeys, detached, renovated in 2022, surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards. Above Ovada, outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Ovada, in an elevated position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), 40 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 1 ha, garden (not fenced), meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, shopping centre 5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Arenzano" 40 km. Nearby attractions: Genua 50 km, Portofino 70 km, Alba 80 km, Mailand 100 km. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Das Haus und die Lage ist sehr schön. Wir hatten einfach Pech mit dem Wetter! So - Di bewölkt und Sonne. Mi Do nur Regen und Gewitter. Dann folgte ein Stromausfall und wir hatten kein Wasser mehr, sind dann am Donnerstag um 17.00 Uhr abgereist. Das ganze ist nicht der Fehler der Besitzer dieses Hauses, sondern die Umstände. Ich kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Grosses Haus, super Lage, wir haben es genossen etwas ausserhalb zu sein. Für 12 Personen sind die Betten zum Teil im Durchgangsbereich, es gibt wenig Privatsphäre. Für z.B. 2 Familien mit Kinder sehr geeignet. Der Pool war sauber und in einer super Lage. Wir konnten unsere Ferien sehr geniessen.

Tolles Haus mit tollen Vermietern

Wir waren mit 2 Familien, insgesamt 10 Leuten, da. Das Haus war auch für die Anzahl der Gäste großzügig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist umfangreich ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und besorgt, dass auch wirklich alles passt. Eine eindeutige Empfehlung!

Schöne Lage

Die Lage (besonders am Pool) ist wunderschön. Man ist sehr allein. Die Vermieter (sie wohnen mit im Haus) sind tagsüber nicht da. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig. Zu den Nachteilen: Es ist sehr hellhörig und die Balken knarzen wenn man im OG geht. Die 12 Betten sind nur nutzbar, wenn man sich sehr gut kennt, denn es gibt nur 3 abgeschlossene Wohneinheiten mit je einem Bad. Zwischen den "Zimmern" innerhalb der Einheit gibt es keine Trennung, bzw nur die Treppe... Die Vermieter sind sehr nett!

Een mooi huis met veel ruimte. Rustig. Genoten van het zwembad en de mooie omgeving. Prachtige regio. Ideaal voor 2 gezinnen. Met auto op 5 minuutjes van centrum Ovada. Aanrader: Genova, Ovada, Acqui Terme.

Vakantie met 12 personen

Een hele goede woning, vooral met een grote groep erg fijn (wij waren met 12). Alles is inbegrepen: zwembad, wasmachine, oven, goeie badkamers, en de eigenaren waren erg aardig en gastvrij. Hou wel rekening met dat de eigenaren er ook wonen, dus in de echte late uurtjes moet het wat rustiger aan of je gaat naar binnen. De oprit van het huis is wel erg onhandig met een volle personenbus, maar daar krijg je een mooi uitzicht voor terug. Enorm genoten dus!
