Fantastic Spot and Great House

7 of us, including two kids, really enjoyed this location. It was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, clean, and the views were astounding. Well located withing the region and the town of Montabone is a 20 minute walk, and is super pleasant.

Fantastic rental

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the property, where we enjoyed the elegant and relaxing setting as well as the proximity to Asti, Aqui Terme etc. Amazing views all around! Both the host and her assistant were very helpful answering our questions and making sure we had a great stay. We hope to be back in the future, perhaps for longer stay.

Beautiful Location

House was exactly as expected. Nice large house. Comfortably slept 3 couples and 2 kids. The home is in a quiet location with great views if you climb the hill behind the house. Lots of room on the main floor to cook and relax. Beautiful countryside to drive in. The host was responsive and we had no issues during our stay.

Beautiful House in breathtaking location

We enjoyed our stay in this nice vacation Home. Everything as described and fulfilling our needs. Alessandra answered all our questions very quickly over the Chat. We enjoyed warm and quiet Summer nights in the Garden. And stayed cool thanks to the Pool. Cooked in the well equiped kitchen. all over a House to spend the whole vacation in, even though aqui Therme was Worth

Very nice place

Beautiful stay and a really great hostess! We would stay here for a week. Unfortunately, from the second day onwards there was a major water problem in the region. As a result, the water was contaminated (swimming pool, shower and taps). Due to this situation we could no longer stay here. Alessandra solved it very well. She found it annoying for us. She immediately suggested to refund all the money (recently that she couldn't do anything), so that we could find a new place to stay. What great service.

Needs a bit more attention

Very pleasant house with some deficiencies..we found loo cleaning tablets instead of dish washer tablets beside dish washer and used them in error. No manual on house and area. Wi-fi very patchy and fans in bedrooms would have been helpful in very hot nights. No soap and dish washing liquid. Pool area needs attention. Owner responded very rapidly to decking breaking injuring one of us. House supply of water ran brown for last 24 hours Piano needs tuning but in fairness was not listed as an amenity. Despite this we enjoyed the house and garden very much.

Hi Christine About the detergent provided there are some in the house always but not provided as rule- shopping is up to you . Unfortunately this year in all italy and also in piedmont has been hot as never in the past. We were not ready to this but we ll think about your suggestions for next year. About the water i couldn t do too much… it was a problem,as i told you, of the city hall, again coming for the unusual hot of the summer. Luckily you were at your last day. For Next guests i had to cancel their booking because there was a big damage in the pipes of the town, not mine but their. I had to replace totally the water in the swimmingpool🤷‍♀️. Solved anyway, and there s not too much to do in this cases. Wifi normally works well, but remember we are not in a city and on the high hills of the Langhe the system is different, not with optical fiber but from internet antenna and winds can make it less efficient. The piano in an antique piano from the end of ‘800, impossible to be tuned properly but a piece of memory of my family that i m sure ypu could appreciate anyway, not for a concert obviously🤣. Happy that my worker fixed the broken step of the swimmingpool promptly, sorry for the accident. Alessandra

Beautiful, relaxing, countryside stay. Perfect for families and gatherings.

We brought two families together for a stay here - and it was perfect. Plenty of room inside and out so that we could be together or separate as we wished. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and cater for big gatherings with dining tables both inside and out according to the weather. Perfect for picking up supplies at one of the local markets and enjoying the local food and wine. The house has been immaculately renovated with everything that you would need for an extended stay. It has lots of beds and bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms. The location is deep in the Italian country, so perfect if you're looking for a quiet get away. Lots of lovely little villages and towns close by for looking around, but really this is a getaway location. The local area is quite hilly which can be challenging if you're planning on walking, running or cycle touring. The absolutely stand out feature of this villa is the view - as captured in the pictures on the website. The views down the valley and across to the hills to the South are simply breathtaking. They are beautiful morning, noon or night, and provide the perfect backdrop to an afternoon floating in the pool, or early evening aperitifs on the terrace. Booking was straightforward, and Alessandra was very helpful with local information and advice. A wonderful villa - we hope to be back!

We had the best family vacation ever! The kids had space to play and run around, the pool was clean and refreshing, the kitchen was spacious and complete. The host was super responsive to our needs. We loved visiting the area and enjoyed all the local markets. The views were exceptionals from every angle and we made it a point to go up the small mountain and get a spectacular 360 view of the sunsets. Thanks Alessandra and Teresa!

Un angolo di Paradiso

Mi piacerebbe molto tornare in questa bella casa, dove con la mia (numerosa) famiglia abbiamo trascorso la Pasqua. Siamo stati benissimo, tanto spazio e tutte le comodità, una proprietà che consiglio al 100%! Un grazie speciale a Teresa, un’accoglienza perfetta!

Sfeervol landhuis met prachtig uitzicht

Twee weken genoten van dit prachtig gelegen landhuis. Grote complete keuken, zeer ruime living, ruime slaapkamers met badkamers, stijlvol ingericht. Lekker verkoelend zwembadje met werelds uitzicht.

Amazing

we spent a tremendous week in this wonderful house and its beautiful environment. It was just fantastic: the view, the peace, the house itself, the pool, the excursion possibilities. Each party could use the own bed- and bath room, in the evening we sat together in the XXL-living room or in the cozy kitchen. The house has all the Luxus you can imagine - nothing is missing. We had a most relaxing time and felt like in paradise. Thanks for all this!

Maison et environnement magnifiques : à louer sans hésiter !

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines avec des amis et en famille et nous avons été enchantés. La maison a été rénovée avec beaucoup de gout et de très beaux matériaux et la grande cuisine est fonctionnelle et très agréable. La vue est grandiose et nous avons même eu la chance de voir toutes les Alpes italiennes par temps clair depuis le bout du chemin menant à la maison, magnifique ! Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire aux alentours, entre la découverte des jolies petites villes (Acqui Terme, Nizza, Alba...) ou des plus grandes comme Turin, la visite du musée du vin à Barolo, il y a de quoi faire. Vous pouvez même louer une Vespa (il y a un loueur à proximité), idéal pour découvrir cette région, qui se prête aussi parfaitement à la pratique de sports comme le vélo ou la randonnée. Bref un séjour au top grâce à Alessandra et à Janette qui s'occupe de la maison. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de revenir ! Merci à vous !
