This family‑friendly home sleeps up to 30 guests. Two living areas and an open layout. The home backs directly to Sweetwater golf course. Offering quiet, beautiful mountain surroundings with lake views off the large backyard deck. Back yard includes a slide off the deck into a sandbox, as well as a swing set for kids enjoyment. Tons of outdoor dining, firepit, and porch swings. The home also includes a game room featuring air hockey, skee‑ball, and more.
FREE ACCESS TO IDEAL BEACH located minutes away. Ideal beach amenities include private beach access, large grass area, bbq grills, games, mini golf for small fee, HOT TUB and POOL!

Beautiful house on golf course

This was a perfect house for our family. It was right on the golf course and gave you access to Ideal Beach which was important to us. Stephen was very easy to work with and communicated well. Highly recommend.

Great family getaway

The Lazy Bear Getaway is a very family friendly house. Lots of fun things for kids while also having plenty of space for adults to hang out also. The loft bedroom was a great space for cousin hangouts. The house was clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great cabin for family reunion

This cabin is great for a large family get together. Plenty of room, fun game room for the kids downstairs and convenient location to town and the lake. The hosts were great to work with, communicated with us often and provided a lot of nice extras (beach wagon, kayaks, coolers, et.). Will definitely consider staying here again next time we're at Bear Lake.

We stayed here for a family reunion in June and everything was perfect! Plenty of room, very clean, and so many thoughtful extras. The owners had thought of everything! It was an amazing house for the kids with a slide, sandbox, swings, and a fun game room/theater room. We loved our stay here!

Very kid and family friendly. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the games and swings, slide and firepit. The couches and beds were all comfy! Great communication with host. Kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking. Plenty of utensils, plates and cups. Plenty of towels. Enjoyed using the two paddleboards. Love the patio and decks too. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft with all the bunkbeds. Would love to stay there again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Our family has stayed at this lovely facility for several years and it has become a favorite tradition for our children and grandchildren!! Fantastic Home near Bear Lake

We loved staying at this property! It had everything we needed plus some! The host was very nice and provided us with the tools and info we needed to have a relaxing family respite from this chaotic world! The pass for Ideal Beach was an extra bonus as it was super easy to get there and they also had some fun amenities! We are looking forward to visiting again next year!
