Wohnung in TOP-Lage mit Meerblick vom Wohnzimmer im Winter (da Bäume unbelaubt).Einrichtung und Equipment allerdings lieblos und abgewohnt. Betten durchgelegen, Sofa ebenfalls durchgelegen mit Löchern im Bezug. Küche abgewohnt und scheinbar mit "zu Hause" ausrangierten Utensilien/Küchenhelfern ausgestattet.ACHTUNG: Es gibt KEIN W-LAN, was heutzutage ein No-Go sein sollte. Wir würden die Wohnung in dem Zustand nicht noch einmal buchen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt so nicht.

Lage top.Leider wurde von dem Eigentümer auf mehrfache vorangegange Bewertungen (z. B. Besteck, Geschirrr, etc.) nicht reagiert....Auch wäre ein Hinweis auf Matratzengröße (Doppelbett 1 Matratze) nett gewesen.Leider ist der Blick zur Ostsee nur aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster möglich, nicht vom Balkon. Der Ablauf in der Dusche ist nicht mehr optimal und die Bestuhlung auf dem Balkon unbequem (erinnert an ein Fastfood-Restaurant).Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt mir der Agentur absolut problemlos, nett und freundlich.

zum ersten mal auf Poel

eine FEWO direkt am Strand. geräumig und hell.Leider ist die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit zu kritisieren.Defekte Schieber, lose Scheuerleisten, klappernde Eingangstür, Einrichtung "zusammengewürfelt", z.B. unterschiedliche Nachttischschränke, unterschiedliche Nachttischlampen, defekte Fußleiste in der Küche, Sparlampen, welche ewig benötigen um Helligkeit zu erzeugen, Balkon unsauber, alte Leiter liegt herum, speziell in den Ecken und unter Möbel in den Zimmern liegen Flusen und z.T. Schmutz. Vielleicht etwas Dekoration auf und in Schränken (WZ), Tischdecken waren auch schmutzig.... Die Wohnung macht den Eindruck, dass sie nur dem Geldverdienen dient und das ist schade.

Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr gemütlich und es fehlte fast an nichts. Die beiden kleinen Mängel waren für uns das die Kopfkissen für uns nicht so toll waren. Und die Fenster schienen schon länger nicht geputzt worden sein. Der Rest war einfach spitze. Die Lage der Wohnung, der Blick auf die Ostsee das hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in optimaler Lage zum Strand und der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster zur Ostsee ist wunderschön. Uns hat der Urlaub auf Poel sehr gut gefallen. Man sollte sich nur darauf vorbereiten, dass es kein Wlan gibt und der Empfang nur mäßig ist, damit hat man Erholung pur.
