The three bathrooms include thoughtful touches like a bidet and hair dryer, making mornings easy and refreshing. Throughout the house, a serene atmosphere invites relaxation after a day of exploring. Whether you’re cooking in the kitchen or lounging in the living area, the delightful space feels like a true home away from home. Just three blocks from the many Madison Valley dining establishments, and four from the huge and spectacular Washington park Arboretum (Japanese garden, Pacific Connections botanical garden...), you will never be far from things to do. Farther afield, Capitol hill is just 15 blocks west, UW and Downtown a little over 2 miles, and the stadiums around 3.

Andrew's home is just as pictured in the listing. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I've stayed in many short term rentals in Seattle, and this has been the best so far! The location is also great, very central, while still feeling calm and quiet.

Wow, what an amazing property in a very convenient location. Next to two bus lines and on a quiet street. The two level house had everything we needed to gather as a family, while also having private space to escape to. There is even a large outdoor area to sit and enjoy drinks or a meal. Our gracious host checked us in personally and was always available if needed. Will definitively book this location again.

This house is incredible! Impeccable finishes, gorgeous yard, generously-sized living room and super comfy beds. Clearly a lot of thought went into its design and construction, down to small details like the coolest powder room sink. It's a in a great, central location and was perfect for our needs. Andrew is a thoughtful and responsive host. Don't hesitate, book today! I wish I could live in this house!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay — the home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place for our family to relax and spend quality time together. We especially loved how the dining area opened seamlessly to the beautiful backyard, creating a bright, open, and inviting atmosphere throughout the home.The location was equally fantastic: a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with easy access to a local market, great coffee shops, and unique nearby stores. This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The house is designed for a perfect family vacation with open plan living and windows that open onto the garden. All appliances and equipment is top notch. Andrew is a gracious host who took very good care of us and was quickly responsive to questions. With excellent public transport links and a beautiful, green neighbourhood location close to shops, parks and restaurants you have the best of what Seattle has to offer. We used to live in Seattle and returned for our first visit in 3 years - we could not have felt more at home!

This was maybe my best stay at a short-term rental experience ever. Host was there to greet us and familiarize us with parts of the house to maximize our use/experience. One of the best built homes I’ve ever been in. Great location in the city, tons of ways to get around and/or access amenities. Hope to get a chance to come back soon!

A beautifully designed and decorated home with every amenity. It has a great kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining space. The house opens to a lovely outdoor deck, and the doors can be opened fully to let the outdoors in. It's a great spot from which to explore Seattle, and Andrew was very helpful with tips for where to go and how to get there. Close to the Arboretum and convenient to just about anywhere in Seattle. Wonderful place!

We visited Seattle for 4 nights to spend time with family and be with my mom for a planned surgery at Virginia Mason. It was wonderful to settle in and have a sweet visit. Lovely open kitchen/living/dining. It was a little cool while we were there, but we kept the large doors to the back patio open as much as possible. Kitchen & Market is a very short walk from the house and has lovely meal kits, oven ready meals, desserts, produce, and anything else you might want some of but not a full shopping carts worth. This home looks great in the listing, and in person was even better. Andrew was a great host and made us feel welcome. Will definitely stay here again.

I am a dual Canadian/ American living life in Seattle! Over the years I have traveled many places and met many interesting and kind folks. When I am not being the best dad I can for my two boys, or traveling, I work as a designer and builder. The property is one of my design and build.

Madison Valley is the best of living in Seattle. There is no other neighborhood that is as close to all the action, while still being quiet and safe. The Arboretum is the flagship urban park of the city, with gardens, Lake Washington shoreline and islands, and over 2000 species of trees, it is a must see and only four blocks away. The Madison Valley restaurant scene, just three blocks away, is very high quality but casual, with sushi, French, Basque, vegetarian, Thai, pizza and others. Further out but still within a five minute Uber, are Madison Park, Madrona, and Capitol Hill with innumerable places to eat and things to do of all description. Downtown is a 15 minute cab or direct bus (Rapid Ride G line starts two blocks away). If you are looking to be near all the action, without being in it, there is no better place.
