Four bedrooms, three full baths, and a bonus room sleeping up to 8. Inside: granite kitchen with stainless appliances, gas fireplace, wet bar, game room with arcade table, dartboard, and bunk bed, plus a private gym. The backyard runs May through September with a seasonal pool, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor dining, and lounge seating. In-unit laundry, four driveway parking spots, and pets welcome.

A table tennis/ping pong table is available in the garage as an added amenity. Because the table is stored in the garage, parking inside may be limited to one vehicle.
