It is also only 800 m to good indoor and outdoor swimming pools. With this domicile you live in the middle of Öland and are close to countless services and excursions. Nearby you will find Borgholm Castle, the royal Solliden and Köpingsvik with its extensive sandy beaches. On an excursion to the north you will experience the rouges of Byxelkrok, a troll forest and the amusement park Lådbilslandet. To the south is Öland's animal and amusement park, Eketorp Castle, Alvaret and Ottenby. Öland is also an island of artists and craftsmen, in several places you will find their stores and studios.
