Located on our beautiful and private Little Gasparilla Island, our complementary hourly ferry will take you to our exclusive island condo where you can enjoy a truly relaxing beach retreat. A heated fresh water pool year around and amazing beach sunsets await.

The Island: There are no cars, roads, shops, or restaurants on LGI, which is part of the charm. You’ll do your grocery run at the Publix just 0.5 miles from our mainland gate, then ferry across to paradise. Once you arrive, it’s flip-flops and beach walks from there. or contact the island grocery delivery service and have the unit stocked when you arrive.

Nature surrounds you: dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, ospreys, and more. The 7-mile stretch of pristine (non-public) beach is never crowded, perfect for shelling, swimming, and long walks.

Make yourself at home in our 1-bedroom fully remodeled Placida Beach condo retreat. Our island paradise features a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the cozy living room, perfect for up to four guests. Refresh in the bathroom with a relaxing bathtub and stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning throughout the condo. A new fully equipped kitchen awaits for your convenience.
