Welcome to the well-maintained 2-room vacation apartment "5013 Lütt Diekhus." Your vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a 4-unit building and measures 45 square meters. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, you’ll find the peace and quiet that a vacation should offer, yet you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the bakery or the beach.<br><br>Accommodations<br>: The well-maintained 2-room vacation apartment “Lütt Diekhus” is located on the first floor of a four-family house and features a beautiful terrace and a small garden area. It is furnished to accommodate 3 people.<br><br>-The bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed (1x160x200) with height adjustment, a roller shutter, a nightstand, and a spacious closet. <br>-The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and a mirrored cabinet with ample storage space.<br>-The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped, including a microwave with grill function, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, a kettle, and an egg boiler.<br>-The cozy living room features a sofa area, a dining table, and direct access to the large terrace, which includes a seating area and a gas grill (you must provide your own gas). For entertainment, there is Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system with a CD and DVD player. A parking space is available directly in front of the house for your car. The terrace can be fully fenced in so that your four-legged friends cannot escape.<br>-The apartment has two storage rooms, where you’ll also find an ironing board, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner.<br><br>This is a non-smoking apartment, so we ask that you smoke only on the covered terrace. Two dogs are welcome. The 1.5-km-long promenade, lined with shops and ice cream parlors, invites you to take a leisurely stroll. The newly created Baltic Sea Lounge, complete with palm trees, rounds out a perfect day of vacation. Dahme is located in Germany’s sunniest region, with approximately 2,000 hours of sunshine. To the north, you’ll find the unspoiled dune landscape with swimming spots; to the south, the steep coastline with bird sanctuaries. The surrounding countryside, with its numerous biking and hiking trails, also offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. From the dike, you can visit many beaches without having to use the main roads. There are also plenty of activities for children and the young at heart: playgrounds, a skate park, children’s entertainment, a kids’ harbor, a streetball court, a surf school, mini-golf, a bounce house, and much more to fill your free time. Of course, you can also just lie on the beach and relax.
