The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Before heading out, please place used towels in the washer. Place all used dishes in dishwasher and start cycle using dishwasher pods provided.
If you used the outdoor area, please clean the grill and return everything to its original location.
When you leave, pull the door snug and press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds to make sure it locks properly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It was very clean and exactly like the pictures showed. Any problem or questions we had host was very responsive and did his best to fix any issues. Definitely family friendly, lots of games to keep you and your family busy! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a cute little hidden gem! The backyard covered patio deck and pool were absolutely the star of the show! The kitchen was beautifully redone. We used the house to host a small family party and everyone that came was impressed with the house and commented on how nice it was. There were some small things that could be done like cleaning doors and the stools in the room were really stained. We didn’t need to use those things so it wasn’t a big deal. The host was responsive and friendly. So glad I found this place. We’ll be back!

Unfortunately we didn’t end up staying here due to the very uncomfortable sketchy area. I would not consider this area family vacation friendly. We walked in and noticed black marks all over the doors, broken tv stand, wires hanging from the ceiling fans, trash can that looked like it been dug out from a dumpster and never cleaned, the pool had clean water but tons of leaves in the bottom. Worst of all when we pulled up there was someone breaking into the house 2 doors down that was boarded up. Just wasn’t a warm cozy feeling and not my idea of a vacation.The amenities that come with the home are great bonuses and was a big reason we booked this place for our kids to enjoy and hate that we didn’t do enough research about the area before we booked.

Megan, we understand our property wasn’t your cup of tea, but we’ve hosted many stays with a great track record and no safety issues at our home or in the neighborhood, feel free to read the other reviews. While we respect your decision to leave, we cannot verify that what you observed nearby was a break-in. The trash can is an outdoor patio bin exposed to the weather. Previous guests mistakenly moved it indoors, and our cleaners missed returning it outdoors during turnover. The wires mentioned are for the ceiling fan remote controls. Our uncovered pool collects leaves quickly during fall and after storms, even after cleaning. The TV stand has seen considerable use, and damage can occur between stays. We’ll inspect it and address any needed repairs. Thanks for booking hope you find places that are suitable to your needs in the future.

We were in the area for a concert and my birthday weekend. This was the perfect spot for us to relax. Loved the back yard deck. We didn’t get to use the pool due to weather but the deck was perfect for us to sit on. Neighborhood is very quiet
