You will find several groups of sofas and corners where you can relax with a holiday read or chat over cosy board games.



The house has a large plot of land where your children will find plenty of space to play. Enjoy the cosy atmosphere around the campfire and spend pleasant summer evenings on the terrace.



Just 100 metres from the house is an outdoor area with many facilities that can be used by residents and guests in the area. The main attraction is the outdoor pool with children's pool. There is also a boules court, playground and barbecue area as well as a covered dance floor, so that young and old can enjoy many hours of outdoor fun.



Many activities are available in the surrounding area - cycling, hiking or fishing are just some of the possibilities. Explore the countryside along the Skåneleden hiking trail, go mushroom or berry picking or head to the Ängelholm coast for a swim at one of the beautiful bathing spots.
