Open plan kitchen with a separate scullery and all appliances make this easy living. A sparkling swimming pool is supplemented by an open sun patio for barbequing and enjoying the tranquility .A golf cart is included as well as garden, home and pool maintenance. The estate is highly secure and offers a championship golf course, padel, tennis, walking and cycling as well as a superior clubhouse for meals, drinks etc. The house has four bedrooms - one being downstairs and the other three are located upstairs.
