OUR HOME IS LOCATED ON A LIVELY STREET WITH A FEW BARS NEARBY. IT’S A GREAT SPOT IF YOU ENJOY BEING CLOSE TO THE ACTION, BUT IT’S NOT THE BEST FIT FOR TRAVELERS SEEKING A VERY QUIET ENVIRONMENT. YOU MAY HEAR MUSIC OR STREET NOISE AT TIMES, ESPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS.

Access is through the front entrance only. For security, there is a Ring doorbell and exterior cameras monitoring the front and rear of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00AM.

Early check-in may be available upon request and is confirmed on the day of arrival at no additional cost.

Late check-out maybe requested and cannot be guaranteed.

No pets allowed.
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
No parties or events. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM

Unauthorized pets or animals will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, along with a $500 cleaning fee.

The garage is reserved for owner use and is not included with the booking. On rare occasions, it may be accessed briefly; however, this is completely separate from the guest space and will not impact your privacy or experience in any way.
