One-room apartment with a south-facing balcony on the 4th floor. The living area of this apartment, furnished for 2 people, is equipped with a double fold-out bed, a sofa, an armchair, and a dining table with matching chairs. There is a built-in kitchenette where you can whip up light meals. The apartment also includes a beach chair (May 1–September 30) at the sandy beach in Döse, just a few minutes’ walk away. A bathroom with a tub rounds out the amenities. The free underground parking space has a clearance height of 149 cm.


Complex:

The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a one-minute walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, those on the north side enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the countryside awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable and accessible via elevator, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at the Döse Beach House is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.

From 03.11.2025 through an estimated end date of 12.12.2025, the heating and hot water systems at “Jan am Strand” will be replaced.
• Hot Water: A temporary hot water supply will be available during the work. Please note that the water pressure may be lower than usual.
• Heating: During this period, only portable electric heaters (e.g., oil-filled radiators) will be available in the apartments, as central heating will not be possible.
• Noise Disturbance: Due to the dismantling and installation work, construction noise is to be expected during this period.

Insgesamt war es sehr schön, Anmeldung und Service sehr gut und freundlich.Kleine Schönheitsfehler: das WLAN ist praktisch nicht vorhanden und die Küchenausstattung passt nicht ganz zusammen (keine Töpfe für Induktionsherd vorhanden).Aber die Lage und die Nähe zum Strand sind top.

Moin! vielen Dank das Sie uns Ihr persönliches Feedback mitgeteilt haben. wir bedauern sehr das der Aufenthalt in unserem Domizil nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit war. das unsere Gäste sich in unseren Unterkünften wohl fühlen liegt uns sehr nahe! das Problem mit der Heizung hat unsere Haustechnik behoben, den Mängel bezüglich des W-Lan geben wir an German Hotspot weiter. wir hoffen das wir Sie bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt davon überzeugen können, das wir uns stetig verbessern! herzliche Grüße aus Cuxhaven Ihr Cux-urlaub Team

Schöner Aufenthalt in Döse

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Sehr schöne Lage, da es direkt am Strand war. Vor dem Haus stand ein Bäckerei Wagen, was will man mehr.
